We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused
In its original packaging
In the same condition that you received it
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods
Personal items (such as underwear, swimwear, beauty products)
Customized or personalized items
Digital products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you may not be required to return the item.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason is our mistake.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
